Nursing Test Questions

To be able to qualify for the CNA position, you must pass the exam administered by local state aide registry or the state licensing board. Examinations have to parts, the written exam and the clinical skills evaluation. Depending on the state you are in, you will be tasked to answer 70-item multiple choice nursing test questions. The 10 items of the exam are pre-test questions which will not get rated. The 60 items are answerable in multiple choices that is why you have to be careful in selecting the best one.

The second part of the exam is a clinical skills test evaluation conducted by a registered nurse. Your clinical skills will be evaluated according to how you perform it effectively. You might be asked to bring someone who will act as your patient all throughout the evaluation process. You will be asked different nursing test questions which you can orally answer. Questions include medical concepts and basic caregiver skills you have acquired during your training program.

The written exam is composed of nursing test questions which are answerable based on common sense. You have to read them carefully since they can get tricky and may lead to confusion. You have to make sure that you will be able to pass the first set of the CNA exam to be able to proceed to the next part. Although this ruling varies from state to state, you will not be allowed to proceed to the skills test evaluation if you happen to flunk the written exam.

In US alone, a 26% increase by the Bureau of Labour Statistics on CNA jobs has been predicted by 2016. Anybody can take part in the large opportunity of 1.8 million CNA job offerings provided the requisites are met and passed. Studying and completing the nursing assistant program is a must to qualify for the test. You must answer nursing test questions correctly to be able to get your certification. To be able to do this, you must be able to have a passing rate of 80% to get certified and State registered as a nursing assistant.

Test questions are really a walk in the park if you had prepared well. Go through your guides thoroughly. Attend all your classes promptly. Take practice tests online. Solve previous question papers and that helps a lot.
